On March 18, the parents of 24 of the persons with handicaps participating at Al Mina Workshop were invited to meet with the assistants working with their children. It was the first time such meetings were held.
The meetings were a great success as many ideas and questions were exchanged. The day ended with a tour of the workshop to give the parents a clear idea of what their sons and daughters are capable of doing. The parents found this day to be extremely helpful and inspiring so those working at Al Mina Workshop will try to arrange a similar meeting every three months.
